Abstract Submission

  1. All abstracts must be written in English.
  2. All abstracts must be submitted online through the abstract submission system by the deadline.
  3. The abstract title must be short, specific and a maximum of 20 words.
  4. Author information:
    • Title, all author’s name, affiliation, telephone number and email address of the corresponding author should be included.
    • All authors' first, middle, and last names must be fully indicated correctly and in the right order.
    • Underline the presenter's name.
    • The affiliation includes the institution(s) of the author and should be indicated fully with “department” and “institution” names while avoiding any abbreviation such as “Dept”, “Univ.” etc.
    • Enter each affiliation only once.
    • If any author has more than one affiliation, enter both affiliations in a compounded style as one example: Jennifer1,2
  5. Abstract layout
    • Structure abstract that includes:
      1. Introduction: Includes the research problem and purpose of the abstract.
      2. Methodology: Describe the methods and materials of the research, answering “when”, “where”, “what,” and “how”.
      3. Result: the findings with statistical value.
      4. Conclusion.
      5. Significance/contribution of the study.
      6. Keywords: not exceeding 5 keywords.
    • A total word count should be between 200 – 300 words (excluding authors information).
    • Font type: Times New Roman with font size 11 point, single spacing and aligned “justified”.
    • Use acronyms only when necessary, and define all abbreviations and concepts in your abstract at first use.
    • Images, tables, diagrams, and graphs are not accepted.
  6. Select your choice of presentation, either oral or poster.
  7. Complete all the fields required by the website before submitting your abstract.
  8. All abstracts will undergo blind peer review before being accepted and eligible for presentation at the conference.
  9. The scientific program will include only the accepted abstracts of presenting authors who have completed their registration fees.
  10. The deadline for abstract submission is: 15 December 2023 15 January 2024
  11. Decision on abstract acceptance date: 31 January 2023
